A Little Inspiration To Start Your Week With… - Khloe Kardashian official web site
Here's something that I came across in Khloe's page that I thought of sharing it with you guys out there. Take a moment to read this little piece of eye-opening story.
So, remember, be happy for who you are and where you came from, and be grateful for all the things that you have in your life that millions of people out there are deprived of. Take a moment to pray and be thankful for the amazing life that you have being blessed and surrounded by good family and friends, good health, prosperity, shelter, food and most importanly, LOVE. Pray for yourself, and also for those unfortunate people out there who are in need of help, hope and strength to make it through. Have a nice week!

Happy 2012!
Happy 2012, people! I am turning 21 this year, so I completely changed the template and layout of my blog so that it looks more professional. I know, my previous layout looked all dark, childish and immature at the same time, but I was too lazy to change it until last night. Finally took the initiative to do so. What you think? Anyway, it's a new year, a new beginning, but I'm not really excited right now simply because it's Saturday and my classes are starting on Monday! It's going to be start of a new sem here in Pennstate, and I can foresee an extremely hectic schedules and routines judging from my heavy subjects, upcoming Malaysian Night, Thon and etc. Nevertheless, I reckon it won't be too bad. I've survived worse during foundation year in Intec. Anyway, I don't really have much to say, so I am just going to sum up my first five months here in the land of opportunity. Well, life here is pretty good and exciting. The only thing that I loathe is the fact that I have to drag myself out of the bed everyone morning, and do the household chores all by myself. I have to cook on my own, do my groceries, do my own laundry and on top of all these, I have to go to classes and come back and study. Gosh, I am a complain freak. I am a student, what else should I be doing right? Seriously, now I truly understand how hard was it for my mum to balance between her work, and us. Too many sacrifices, but most of the time, they would go unnoticed or taken for granted. It's not an easy thing, so appreciate your mum! :) apart from that, studies ain't too bad, I managed to attain fairly good grades and a high GPA. I am not implying that it is easy to get good results here, I have to work hard to ace my exams for sure. I am sort of accusstomed to the edu system here, and I can say that it's not easy to excel, but it's also not hard to do so. Perhaps because I'm enrolled in one of the top public research school in the States which is known as a party school and ironically, is also considered to be one of America's Public Ive League at the same time. Balanced much? I guess so. Next up, the people here are pretty warm and nice especially the staffs and the international students. Even the people that you meet in the elevator, at the bus stand or even the street can be freaking sweet and helpful. Nevertheless, I stil miss my friends back home, and if you guys are reading this right now, listen up, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! Enough said about that. Last but not least, the places that I have been to are pretty coool. Actually, I have been to only a few places which includes Niagara Falls, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Princeton, Columbia and almost all the attractions and tourist spots in New York City. Niagara Falls is so BEAUTIFUL, especially at night with all those lights and mist which will make you feel as if you're in another realm.

Philly is a lovely city with manyyyyyyy beautiful historical buildings while New York city is filled with skyscrapers. I couln't agree more when they say that New York is a city that never sleeps for I truly savored it's night life. Also, the streets and skyline of NY city are really beautiful, especially at dusk and night when you can see lights emanating from tall buildings everywhereeeeee around you. Check out my pictures in Faceboookkk if you want to have a look at them.
Gosh, I can't even believe that I have been to all these places that I once merely dreamt of, and watched in movies or heard about. So, you know what I'm saying? You have no idea what the future holds in store for you, but you can always build your dreams and realize them with perseverance. Let's work harder this year and make more rooms for improvement to achieve our goals, and at the same time, cherish life like never before. Let's make 2012 another AWESOME year ahead! Good luck, everyone. LOTSA LOVE!!
